Privacy policy and data protection notice

This notice has been prepared under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about personal data processed by Merve Denizli Aras, Dietitian (the “data controller”) through the mervedenizli.com website and counselling services.

Which data are processed and why?

• Contact data (name, phone, email): processed for scheduling appointments and communication when you share them via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Health data (height, weight, test results, medical history): processed only within the counselling service, with your explicit consent and for the purpose of preparing your nutrition programme; never shared with third parties.
• Technical data : The website does not collect data through any form. The metabolism calculator on the site does not send the values you enter to a server; the calculation runs in your browser.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses a Google Maps embed to show the location; this embed is subject to Google's own cookie policy. Fonts are self-hosted and not loaded from external sources. If Google Analytics is used for visitor statistics, IP addresses are anonymised.

Storage and security of data

Client records are kept only for as long as the service requires and within the retention periods set by law; reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied against unauthorised access.

Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information if so, to learn whether they are used for their purpose, and to request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
